Call Management & Group Control

Elevator technology is not limited to lifting. We offer solutions that enhance comfort, accessibility, and efficiency: from music and voice announcements to call management software and group control for buildings with multiple elevators.

In buildings with two or more elevators, the efficient operation of the transport system is critical for the daily user experience. The coordinated operation of elevators through Call Management and Group Control systems is a key factor for optimizing flow, reducing delays, and long-term energy savings.

What is Call Management?

The call management software undertakes to intelligently distribute elevator calls to the available cabins, based on:

  • the position of each elevator,
  • its current course,
  • the load it carries and
  • the number of active calls in the system.

The result is fewer stops, shorter waiting times, and more efficient use of the units, even during peak hours.

What does Group Control offer?

Group Control coordinates 2 to 8 elevators operating in the same shaft or building and:

  • Prevents double service of the same call by different elevators
  • Automatically controls destination distribution
  • Allows prioritization of specific flows (e.g., staff, visitors, peak hours)

This technology is applied in:

  • Office centers
  • Public services
  • Commercial buildings
  • Hotel units
  • Hospitals or educational institutions

Benefits for the manager or designer

  • Compliance with modern functional specifications
  • Better experience for the public / staff
  • Less strain on the units and thus lower maintenance needs
  • Energy efficiency, when combined with gearless machines and inverters
